well, with a warning like that, i had to read it. i particularly liked chapter 5, although i'm more with alyx. Sevvie (even canon) wouldn't be a bad shag.

The only crossover fic that I know "readworthy" (sorry if that word did not exist but I think you know what I mean) was "Browncoat, Green Eyes" by nonjon. Well, now I know two of them.

Mostly from people that have been dead for years. (Why would James and Lily write him a letter? After all, They were protected under the safest charm ever.... with one of their closest friends holding the secret. You don't write"In Case We Die" letters when you're safe.)
