This is a very good story, I like how Harry got revenge on Snape. It sad that Neville was named the boy who lived, I find it odd that Dumbledore would overlook Harry because he is a half blood and pick Neville because he is a pure blood. Dumbledore know that he and Voldemort are two of the most powerful wizards,Dumbledore also know that he and Voldemort are half bloods. So by saying that Voldemort would only mark a pure-blood bring up the question how stupid is Dumbledore, Voldemort would have known that if he as a half blood could become so powerful so can another half blood like Harry who could reach the same power level as him.

you know, this is the first fic ive come across where harry calls in the debt snape owes him. ive always wondered why it isn't used in more stories! it seems like such a logical solution to dealing with the old bat.

I wish you would ignore what you wrote about a sequel and write one or two chapters about how Voldemort dies in this time line.

Mmm. Temporal Authority...sound suspiciously familiar to some story/movie :P

Wow! I love this story! But I wanted it to be continued, too, but still! It's funny how Neville was the Boy-Who-Lived. But it's much better then the original version! (I wonder if Neville's scar hurts, like Harry's scar does)

I like this idea alot and I thought it was a pretty funny over view of the school years might of turned out with another BWL. Hermonie dying because Harry wasn't there is always sad, but also a bit realistic. I also love that Harry basicaly just left Dumbledore to his fate and forgot about him and didn't do any over the top revenge despite being rather powerful and angry.

I suppose if I had one disapointment in this story it be Neville getting trained and pampered from a young age. Just seems to be one the bigger cliche's in 'Other BWL fanfiction'. True BWL or not every one who's chosen, that's not harry, seems to be trained and raised as a celeberity from a young age. While harry is put with abusive muggles to 'toughen him up' and keep him from the fame getting to his head. These are things Dumbledore himself decided for Harry and it always struck me odd that nearly no one applies the same kind of abuse to other 'chosen ones' when it's not harry.

"I picked some flowers for your office, Headmaster. I thought it might cheer this place up a bit."

That must have been quite the bump on the head Neville got. Either that or a strong case of passive resistance.

Thanks for making fun of one of my pet peeves! DD walking in on 2 children and proclaiming one 'The Boy Who Lived'. I can see the Prophet creating that moniker, but not DD. I don't think he'd rush to judgment either, in that case. Having just finished Sunset Over Britain (for the 4th time) I'm beginning to think you guys don't like Dumbledore, though...

Is a complaint the same as asking?
no, seriously the story was great, if a little short. If you had done it one chapter a year then it would have been even better.
