Are you purposely writing Dumbledore STUPID?
"Despite all that had happened, he just couldn't believe that Harry might reject the wizarding world. After all, the wizards had given him a life away from the Dursleys for most of the year. Wouldn't he see that as worthwhile?"

Dumbledore is the one that put him with the Dursleys in the first place!!!! Mutants saved him! Dumbledore is just has huge blinders on.

Great story,
keep up the good work.

Opinions are like assholes.
Everyone has one - but some just smell worse than others.

so you definitely have some of the best stories on here. i love your disclaimers most of all. i've never seen a more original idea then what you come up with. i was...hesitant to read a harry potter/x-men crossover, but i'm glad i did. it is an amazing story and i can't wait for the next chapter. i'll be one of the first to read it.

Fun story. One of the few mutant!Harry stories I've read that DOESN'T give him Logan's healing factor.

I loved how Harry and Logan got to do what they wanted and they way they got around Xavier, by the choice of words used in the warning. I doubt that there are too many regular people would know what an exothermic reaction was, if they weren't into sci-fi or fantasy

Loved it. Keep 'em coming! You guys are great with your logic vs. magic skirmishes, and trying to keep your (good guy) characters to some kind of ethic.

Hi Bobmin,

WOW the long awaited chapter has arrived & it was pretty damn good to!

I must say this fic has kept me coming back and encouraged me to write an X-Men/HP fic as well (Don't worry different plot and premise). Please have another chapter uploaded at once of face my wrath.

Isn't English a wonderful language? So many different ways to say the same thing. Thank you for yet another original, well written and entertaining story.

P.S. Thanks also for the homage (intentional or not,)paid to the late Robert A. Heinlein's "Starship Troopers" (Great book, lousy movie adaptation.) with the talking bomb.

I love it! I really and truely do love it. Your are without any doubt the most devious and inventive writers in the HP universe and I simply and very easily pant with eagerness for the next installment.

I love how you're intermingling the mutants and wizards in this and the way they affect both Harry and Jean. Another thing I love is how you make all the technical expository simple enough for us uneducated people to understand. Keep up the great work!

P.S. I adore how specific you made that bomb! "I am a exothermic reaction device!" AWESOME!!!!

Enjoying this story more and more with every chapter. Thanks for sharing.

Haha, another wonderful chapter and I love the ending there. Serves the DE's right to get a warning they can't really understand. Funny thought about that, my common sense seems to think that any countdown during wartime should signify 'bad things approaching'. Buuuuuuut, that's probably muggle thought there as well. Or maybe I watch too much 'Burn Notice'. :D

Also, I love a lot of the thought about the NRO surveillance and Harry's economic theories. You really put a lot of thought into the plot. I'll be looking forward to seeing what comes of it!

In response to Kara's accusing the FDA of being protectionist, perhaps you might have heard of aspirin, acetominophen, and penicillin? None of those was discovered by an American, or even in the United States. (If you are thinking in terms of Bayer, the best-known of the aspirin brands, it is a *German* phamaceutical outfit!) Most of the big pharmaceutical outfits, whether based in the US or not, have US manufacturing, if not distribution, arms (mostly located along either Interstate 95 or US route 40 in either Delaware or Pennsylvania). Also, Harry *specifically* stated that his cover firm is US-based. (Again, not a thing odd about that; pharmaceutical research is *global* in nature, and has been for longer than even Dumbledore has been alive. Unlike even farming, there is generally little resistance to research formulae crossing national borders; the real resistance comes in manufacture and distribution.) Lastly, a point about the globality of Big Pharma and the FDA's rather irksome forbidding of importation from Canada - the issues with the FDA roadblocks of Canadian pharmceutical imports are twofold (one of product safety, with which I have no beef; however, the other is purely protectionist, with which I have MUCH beef). However, the problem with most protectionist legislation (regardless of nation) is separating it from truly sensible legislation (it's not exactly easy to get inside the head of a *domestic* politician; would it be any easier with a foreign one?).

Good chapter. I think I like the end the most. "I'm an exothermic reaction device 30." Keep up the good work.
