Your description of the arrival room reminds me of the seclusion rooms in psychiatric facilities. It's not the locked-in part I minded so much: it was the boredom. In the thirteen hours I spent there, I slept for four hours, recited every poem I know (about four hundred lines total) four times, and sang just about every song I could remember the words of. As it had the acoustiscs of a bathroom, it sounded fairly decent if I say so myself. (I still don't get why you stick a suicidal person in an empty room with nothing to do but plan her own death. But that's my pet peeve)

The other five nights I was in there, I wasn't officially separated/secluded/whatever it's called in English, so the door remained slightly open and I could bring a book. I laughed at the door - they took away my crutches and my peg leg, so it wasn't like I could exit - but I was very very very glad for the book.

But trust Albus to find something to do: alleviate the boredom by trying to find a hidden door. Lifesieve is a good alternative for someone like him, I'd say. :-)

I LOVE what you did to Dumbledore - but then, who knows, that may be pretty close to have it really happens when we move on to the next great adventure?

Lol, but otherwise I think it was an amazing idea to send Dumbles into that room and make him question every action, even if a lot of those.. Memories? Momories of history? *shrugs* are false. It'd make the "greatest wizard of light" (of course HP is better, but I'm sticking with what I said :P) think about his chess life board and who he was using as pawns.

What was in this fic was good, but I wanted to see all the lives Albus ruined. For example, how many careers did he end before they began by letting Snape 'teach' Potions without being at all accountable? How many lives were affected negatively by all that Albus allowed to go on inside Hogwarts? I firmly believe Albus did much more harm than Voldemort, and that's without counting what he did to Harry.

Excellent one-shot, you guys. Take that, Dumbles. Love the fact that the Potters and Sirius are effectively pranking Dumbledore for eternity. Like the idea that they take care of the "new souls" that will become Harry's children. Only one quibble, though - what's with not telling who the mother of Harry's children is? I hazard a guess at Susan Bones or a Delacour, but you are mean things not to give us some more clues, at least...
