You know, it's funny. In my review of the last chapter, I asked if Amhar was going to do something stupid involving Luna and end up run through by a Crumple-Horned Snorkack, and in this chapter, not only does she get one (loved that), but it kills Dumbledore! (Shades of Crys, actually; his '1001 Deaths of Lord Voldemort' included death by Snorkack. Also included Voldie's Biggest Mistake, also known as using Legilimency on Luna. ^_^;)

Since Jamey is so insistent about DA and SC, perhaps he would like to contribute to this series? (Yes, I am referring to him being a guest star in the disclaimer.)

Anyway, I'm sure Amhar will believe DD's death while trying to AK Harry is just the ammunition he needs to take Harry down; I hope he doesn't realize the gun's going to backfire. ^_^

there is a question that is confusing me, if mulcibur's wife can turn insane under the cruciatus seconds after Voldemort casts it, judging by voldie's surprise of what had happened to his wand, is it true that he hasnt tortured his servants since he went through the ritual? i dont believe that

Nice chapter, what i love to your story is your supporting characters, and what's happening in the Wizarding world. Great christmas that Harry and the ppl of Haven had. Wonder what Linda's going to name her dragon? and during christmas was the final battle between Harry and Dumbledore. So now Harry is probably one of the 2 most powerful wizards in the Wizarding world. Love to see what happen next, and hopefully the 'muggle killer' will be found. Bob, Alyx, you guys are great writers. keep it up

Two words: Poor Hermione! Not only does the infamous Crumple-Horned Snorkack *exist*, it changes size, makes for a good familiar, and is fiercely protective (as Albus DUMBledore finds out, to his fatal regret). Hmmm....it turns out that Moldy is *incapable* of wandless magic, and is in danger of frying his wand. (Remember, he doesn't *have* a staff.) Unfortunately, he also gets more help.

Yahh!!! Death to Dumbledore, one less worry for Harry. Too bad he died before certain problems related to him can be settled though, which will probably come back and harress Harry and family.

I like Fuzz, and Luna's interection with her. Hmmm.. is there anyway of breeding an army of them, they sound useful to have around in a fight.

I'm also looking forward to what Snivellus' slave girl is up too. It will definitely make my day to see the dark man suffer at the hands of muggles. hehehehe...

Very nice chapter,glad to see Dumbeldore again and for the last time. So what will they do with the arch? I hope next chapter we'll gat to see how the various politicians try and spin his death.

I'm glad you do not consider DA of sufficent quality to be posted here although I do hope you get around to fixing that at some point

repost DA & SC, why not. After all it's still better thanm most of the junk on FFN.

why not have a "moldy oldies" area for such stories, and "clean" them up later.

It's always slightly disappointing to see a chapter of this, because I know that I'll race through it and have to wait forever for the next chapter.

Yes, I know it's two weeks or so. Excellent turnaround time.

I think I need to stop reading this site for a month or two, just so I can have a large collection of good stuff to read (that I haven't already read). Another great chapter!

Brill chapter as usual, shame that Dumbledore died that he did (i would have loved to read of him trying to explain his actions in the next chapter)

The saudi calvary is a nice touch, but scrimators? Since when did wizards start to use swords? mmm, must be a new fasion. What next??? using bare hands??? :D

What attack is next??? Diagon Alley?? Or how about Harry attacking hogwarts guerilla style? Killing 3-4 and apparating out before he can be hurt? It will certainly make Snake face more nervous :p

Good chapter although it almost felt empty without old Amhar and his hijinx and schemes.

Yes, I think that Dumbledore did suffer from madness before the end, but it didn't make him any less dangerous, did it? Finished off by a snorcack, who knew. Aside from Luna that is anyways.

I'm still holding out hope that Harry will use his 'pull' with the king to have the Wizengamot disbanded and that whole thing short circuited before it becomes an actual problem. Or in lieu of that, Harry performs mass castrations on each male of trouble houses to nip it in the bud.

Something tells me the house elves are going to have a major impact on something at the end.
