Outstanding chapter!!!! I can't wait to read what happens in the next chapter. I loved the chapter. But will the story end with us reading about Harry and Hermione's wedding and about Voldemort being dead? How far in the timeline will this story actually go? Will we be reading about Harry and Hermione having kids at some point in this story? When you say Ron will regain what little senses he has do you mean he'll stop being the moronic prat he is? Will Lucius be given the Dementor's kiss? Do keep up the outstanding work and update soon please:):):):)

the poor emu. y did u have to kill the poor emu?! *cries, sniffle, sniffle.* oh, well, i'm sure it deserved its poor fate.

i was just about finished all my work for the day and about to turn off the computer when i figured i'd give the old e-mail a quick check. figures that there's an update to this story so of course, there's no way i would go to bed when i had a new chapter to read for one of ur stories. and now that i've finished reading the story, i can't go to sleep anyway cause the baby is now kicking me incessantly. i hope u know it's ur fault and i'm not sending any donuts! tho honestly, i'm quite used to the sleep depravation due to staying up late and reading fanfics and whatnot, having the baby kick the entire night so that i can't concentrate on my reading makes me a bit cranky!

anyway, i really like this story. i like the different pace of it from ur other stories and how it's more character driven. i always enjoy reading the odd the romance between harry and hermione, and u guys do a really good job at really developing the relationship between them. i feel a bit sorry for ron missing out on things but well, he's a bit thick-headed so it doesn't bother me too much and sirius still alive is always a good thing. i'm curious to see how far u take sirius's relationship with cindy. i can't wait for more!!

i read this the second i got to my email after a good fall break. well this chapter was good. i am glad there is some hints about harry being alive. i like how their romance is coming along. i sometimes miss stories like this. the ring idea just keeps getting better and better.it was interesting in how you destroyed. so with the sirius and cindy thing. she would live to be about 110 and so would sirius then if your explaination was correct?

a few bloopers for you:
"No what will we do for a mascot?". . .maybe "Now"? :O)

"It took me over an hour to calm Ginny down. After they took Ron to Madam Pomfrey to reconnect his limbs, she spent several hours crying. She thought that Neville wouldn't want nothing to do with her again."...Is Pomfrey crying rather than Ginny? Aack! a double negative!?!

"Did you write Sirius? He went out and bought me a pair of swim trunks that look like you have be poured into."...eeep!

I normally don't nit pick, but those ones were jarring for me so I thought I'd mention them. Aside from those minor blips, I really like the way this is going and am looking forward to more. Thanks again guys :)

Of course it is another wonderful chapter in a great story by the outstanding writing duo of Alex and Bob, notice I put Alex first there cause she is the one that controls the donuts so therefor more important, if Bob would realize that he might get some donuts. Thank you both for another wonderful story I can read instead of rotting my mind in front of a television. I really hate those infernal boxes. I cannot wait for you next chapter in whichever series you decide to post in. Thanks again

I would think, after IKIA (insufferable know-it-all) and her parents found out about the level of law and morals in the english WW, she would have been pulled out of Hoggy and moved to Fiji for her own protection. Fiji seems to have a much more intelligent and respectful WW than the European continent.

Another great story, and chapter. I've always felt that Harry/Hermione was a better fit than H/Ginny. Also, having a story that's character/dialogue driven is a wonderful change from the usual "stuff" out there.

As far as mascots go, I'd suggest a pushme-pullyou, or at the very least, an oompa-loompa...

This is such a great chapter! It's hard to believe they are still in their fourth year!

I am also glad that you have found someone that Sirius can get 'serious' about (sorry). Now all that's left is Remus.

One thing that was mentioned in the chapter that could worry me a little is the fact that if a horcrux is within a few hundred feet from another horcrux when it is destroyed, the other fragment will enter the undamaged horcrux. Now IF Voldemort did make Harry a horcrux by mistake when he was a baby, and IF Harry was close to Nagini when the horcruxes in her were destroyed, then they would try to enter the undamaged horcrux - Harry. Boy wouldn't that be fun getting them out of him?

I'll quite speculating and just wait until your next chaper.

Even if Harry were a horcrux in this tale (and he isn't), all of Harry's magic fled him for a brief moment in the great hall. For a few seconds all of the spells on him were canceled out and then his natural magic returned. The tracking charms, the bindings on his magic? None of the non-native Harry magic returned to his body.

So if he were a horcrux, it was destroyed in the great hall when the Goblet and the prophecy clashed.

Really enjoyed this chapter. Not too many stories focus on Harry the kid, and how his upbringing might hinder him, and not the hero. It is nice to see both sides of the relationship developing. I wonder what McGonagall will do once she figures out what has happened? Perhaps corner Sirius or Hermione? Thanks for sharing!

glad that you guys are continuing this story. i love the idea of romance wrapped into the horcrux hunt. i have always thought that harry and hermione were better suited together and i like the way you've developed that romance here.none of the vomit inducing chest monsters and blazing looks or any of the annoying fighting about nothing. hooray for sirius surviving. i thought jkr was barmy for killing off the most interesting adult charater in the series.

I just know I'm coming down with the most horrific cold/sinus/throat infestion ever. I haven't been sick in like ten years so this is evil...I might be delerious because I got my own name wrong...that said...I love this chapter. I love this fic. I'm a huge harry/hermione fan (but I don't get the h/hr thing - both their names have the letter r) I think I need to go away and be ill now, but thank you writing this fabulous story. I hate JKR, she gave me the fabulous characters of Harry and Hermione, then she shat on them for the last two books. Thnk god for fanfic authors like yourselves. I actually laughed out loud when I read that line; actually that whole section was fun.

I'm really enjoying this story; it's a lot more light hearted than some of your other stuff; but; I'll admit, I just wish I could write angst/drama as well as the two of you did in Sunset/Sunrise!

Yeah, Awesome! I like it, it's fun. I also really like Sirius. None of my HP characters look like the movie actors, except for Emma, who's hot if you're into jailbait, and Gary Oldman, who's just a badass. Who else should play Sirius Black, no-one.
Siriusly, Gary Oldman is just about the coolest guy, ever. Except, for Bob & Alyx, of course!
