What a terrific idea! The Marauders Ride Again!

I really enjoyed reading this story. It is certainly different, and very captivating. I like the way the timeline is given above each part. The chapter arrangement makes sense, though they are a bit on the long side. The diaries are good, and even though the general idea is not exactly new, the way they work is. They make for a good stylistic means, too. Extra points for the tutors and for Harry's arm that hurts in the cold after his defense exam.
While I was not much interested in the articles by the Quibbler, I enjoeyd Snapes stay at Gustav's. His house is ingenious, I loved the Holey Room. And Snape quoting the Potter Puppet Pals: "What is that mysterious ticking noise?"
Good job, thanks for sharing! :)

"What is that mysterious ticking noise?"
HAHAHAHAHA!!! I love that one! Great story and the ending was pretty good. I wouldve liked a bit more Ginny action. Maybe she cohorts thrown a hussy fit? Eh. Anyway, well done!

Great story, though I had hoped for a bit more preview into their future at the end ;-)

Are there any HP/LOTR crossovers you would recommend? It sounds interesting even if my favorite fanfic authors didn't write it. (That's you two, by the way ;))
Great chapter once again. I wonder if you two have written anything that wasn't good... Doubtful. ;)

I'm asuming when you say eighty degrees you mean Fahrenheit because 80* celcius would be a furnace... Do they use fehrenheit in Fiji? Eh, whatever this is fiction!
Great chapter as always.

I might be wrong, but was that a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail in the authors notes?
Great story; I like the character driven plot just as much as your usual style. I'm glad you two are willing to experiment with different writing styles. It makes your stories more fun to read.
Keep up the great work!

Harry and Sirius' little pool fight was really funny! I almost rolled off my bed laughing! Good job!

Once again, you two manage to think of something unique. I've read fics where Harry lost his magic, but not where he lost it before killing Voldemort, or their connection meaning their magic was equal even if Voldie did a ritual. Very interesting, although it reads a little like a one-shot. Did it start as one? Anyway, once again, well done.

Very Well Done. Thank you, this is one of the most enjoyable stories I've read in the Potter fanfic world.
And, quite frankly, I've enjoyed it more than Rowling's last two books.

Generic reader 3.1412 [moustache, mild obesity] notes (prior to reading this chapter, but after reading the prologue/disclaimer) that he is enjoying this series immensely and thanks the authors for sharing it.
He also notes (strictly as an aside that two of his favourite authors may have an interest in) that salt/brackish marshes are (at least where he lives) smelly places, frequently feature buzzards circling and that crabs eat almost anything.

Great fic... And the name was accurate, but not quite so overdone as I had thought. Well done, all in all.

(whispering) They're onto me! Oh, if only I had run in the opposite direction when I saw the "Trespassers welcome with a Bit of Potato" sign.
There is nowhere safe to lurk anymore.

I read your story in one go. It was hard, and its 2:21 AM but I just couldn't stop! I really loved the "articles", the insane Snape (I did not miss the "What's the source or the ticking noise" puuuure genious) and the way you (while sometimes it was a bit much) portrayed Harry and Hermione's insecurities. Good luck with your other stories.

First this is my first review for the story, I have read a few of your others and liked each one I read, so I would like to thank you for writing this story and the others.
While I will not knock you for your ‘cruciatus’ it is clearly worse than canon being as how canon Harry’s first expositor was much longer and several times by Voldemort who I would think is much more powerful then this DE… my problem with it though is a wizards power is a is not all that important, all someone had to do was seek up behind Dumbledore and Crucio him for a few seconds and he is as scary as a shark out of water, as Harry showed he can still bite but he is not in a position of dominance and the same could be said for Voldemort we know of at least one DE that turned on him Regulas, if another just decided to Crucio Voldemort it would not matter how powerful Voldemort was. You have magic altering the life span of people and healing people I would think the more magical power you have the more protection it would offer from that curse…
That ignores the fact that Harry was taken by surprise by the attack did he think the guy was coming up to him to talk about the weather while his friend attacked the boat?
