Don't know which I enjoy more, the Authors' notes or the update. I did like Hermione's self-reinforcing administration of justice to the Dursleys; I'm glad she and Harry have finally gotten down to business; the mercenary snake was a nice touch. Thanks for yet another great read!

Another excellent well written chapter - the standard of characterisation is to the usual excellent standard. I still cannot work out in my mind how this story will end, so await the next part with anticipation.

Enjoyable as always. Now I'm curious to see what happens with the other characters when they find out Harry is back in their midst, and has his magic about him. Will Ginny drop whoever she's seeing in an effort to get him to hook up with her again? Will Neville find another study partner who isn't so flighty? Will Ron suffer from foot in mouth disease again? All these questions and more will be answered on the next episode of SOAP... er, that is to say, here's hoping I find out what happens in this line of thinking in your next chapter.

Now, I could have SWORN Hannah Abbott had blonde hair? Are't the books always harping on about "a blonde plait"? Though I suppose I could be wrong. It's been know to happen from time to time!

1) It's totally AU and I could have made Hermione a blond if I wanted.

2) I believe you're confusing Susan Bones and Hannah Abbot. Susan is the one referred to as having a blond plait. Hannah is described as a strawberry blondish girl with pig tails in the early books.

Saving roll failed you needed a DC of 23. Your a level short. What save would that be Reflex, Will, or Fortitude.
As for the story it took me two days of doing nothing but reading. It's a fun read, and I really enjoyed what your have written so far.

now I have been very HP'ish in the last couple oe years but this story is only a "Harry" story. Now don't come after me with the meat cleaver. because I have enjoyed reading the story and DO NOT want to pressure you in any form.

Hmm I've always wondered how you determine a generic reader from a loyal follower of your amazing fanfiction.

Is there a scale? Some sort of measuring device or ritual you perform on your readers? Maybe a test of courage or wits?

Your fiction is one of the things I now read/re-read when I need some Harry Potter-y goodness to ease the irritating real life around me. And yes, I'm fully aware of the irony of such a statement after reading the Author's notes. I'm sensing a little, um, stress and just a scooch of bloodthirsty mania in the tone here? Y'all ok? Once again a great chapter I am please you don't go all sexaholic on us it just don't belong here it just wouldn't fit right. Now to get to the juicy stuff hehe. I like the idea of putting all of your AN's and Disclaimers into one story it would be interesting to say the least. Also you could entwine some review replies you have gotten from your readers into the plot also.
