Hi! I like your story a lot, and really liked the chapter. Also, I do like your handling of the Cruciatus Curse, but I should point out that even in the actual Harry Potter series, Harry is hit with the curse from Voldemort and gets up shortly after, so there is some canon backing for that. I like the more severe curse, though. It makes it even more 'unforgivable'.

It's true we don't normally use the word "flying" in this publication, but we decided for this issue it was necessary.
Heh. That was the funniest line in the fic, though a lot of the fic was still better than it. Glad for Cormac being humiliated. Lavender seems to be headed for a suspension too.
Enjoyed the Remus/Tonks bits too.

Wow, another great chapter. Thank you so much for giving Harry and Hermione a chance to develop their relationship- so often we just see them date in one chapter, and then are soul mates in the next. I love the growth both characters are experiencing.
And Sirius and Cindy's honeymoon? Inspired.
Thanks for sharing!

Don't you think that the "secret spells of the Potter family" has been done to death? Just getting a bit predictable and slightly boring, after all super!Harry stories are a bit silly.
Bobmin356 replied:
Well then you'll be pleased to know the spells of the Potter family play no part in the story. In fact, they were just a talking point mentioned in passing.
And Harry is not a super Harry in this. Far from it. But by all means, go find yourself something better to read. I'm sure with all the 1000's of stories out there, something must interest you.

Dear Bob & Alyx,
Thank you for another wonderful installment in this series - it really made my Friday evening into an enjoyable "end-of-the-week" moment. I appreciate your treatment of the effects of the Cruciatus curse because some of the fics out there will make it seem like Harry is invulnerable to it, which doesn't seem very balanced at all.
Looking forward to the next installment.

Loved, Loved, Loved. *gives Bob dougnuts while slipping Alyx new torture books* I can't wait to see what Lavender tries next and if Frances is going to attempt to get back at Harry for blowing her off. Awesome and I can't wait for the next chapter. *saunters off to wait patiently the next two weeks for chapter 6*

I enjoyed it, and am looking forward to the next.
As for Lavender - wouldn't her jealousy be tempered by Hermione being off the market?

You guys are total lifesavers. I'm having an exceptionally crap day at the end of the total crap week. I'm just going to let the nice, safe place goodness of Bobmin wash away the badness. I promise to re-review later this weekend, but right now I just needed a place to hide. Thanks again!

Ooh, Walden is going to have problems! Harry Potter doesn't care for elves, huh?
And Rita . . . I bow, because that was both simple and brilliant.
As usual, an excellent chapter. Only complaint, having Lavender and Frances a bit much. What did Harry do with the crystal?
Still, as I said, an excellent chapter

Another excellent chapter - I particularly enjoyed Rita's little accident - very clever way of taking her out.
I am looking forward to how Hermione deals with Lavender - should be good to see Hermione getting vicious with the trollop!
Could you get Nagini away from Motherwell please - bit too close to Glasgow for my liking and I hate snakes!

Nice chapter, it was good to see Ron being a stand up guy. I see your point about the Weasley's, they can be a bit bigoted in the nicest way. The sort of, oh the silly muggles are so cool to watch kind of thing. Mostly condescending without meaning any harm by it. I'm curious to see where your taking the Lavender bit, the girls developing some real issues, and the games she's playing with guys is going to wind up biting her on the backside eventually. Great story, thank you.

Great chapter!
I like your take on the Cruciatus curse. Considering what can be done with "legal" spells, to be classed as Unforgivable would require more than usually shown.
Can't wait to see what happens next with the Dark Lady Lavender! :)

I have to ask, did Grandma Kensington work for British Intelligence?
Seriously though, another great chapter. Can hardly wait to see Lavender put in her place and the looks on peoples faces when they find out that Evan is Harry.

Great chapter guys! I really enjoyed seeing Skeeter get hit by a bug-zapper, I don't think that I've ever seen that before... ever!
Thanks for the wonderful story, I'll be looking forward to the next installment.

The line about looking something up while giving birth had me laughing out loud.
Candace Black -- is Candace a heavenly body? (Born Blacks are all traditionally named for stars or constellations.)
Very good; Keep it up! Cheers,
David
