OMG!!!!!

When I think that you did your best you go and did even better everything you have done so far!!!. I love the story, I was laughing sooooo mad with the situation you put Dumbledore in I couldn't even breath :P, I love your Independent Harry and the mischief Remus and Sirius. An interesting premise. Never thought of using the prophecy against the magic of the goblet.
Well done.

I would have thought, killing of Dumbledore was premature as Dumbledore re-appearing shortly after Voldemort 'announces' his return to the wizarding world, no doubt by killing a pile of people would add the ability of a true denouement between Harry and Dumbledore to occur at some point.

Voldemorts return could have been the killing of Dumbledore.

I just find that Dumbledore's death was too 'convenient' at that point in the story.

Yay... Excellent as always... The "it's all psychological" way I had yet to read... The way Harry counter manipulated Dumbledore and all the others is masterful. Even Wormtail and Nagini.

Really excellent.

Wow. This was certainly different. And I mean that in the good sense of different. :-)

Talk about falling far and fast...Albus wiped out financially, politically, professionally, and personally, then killed in a muggle accident. Ouch.

So the foretold Harry vs Voldie fight is still on. Interesting. Between the Horcrux and eating the homonculus, I'm guessing Nagini is going to become a host/vessel for the dark lord.

And it's great to see Harry/Hermione.

Fantastic beginning, and it is always great to see a new story from you.

oooh, very interesting. i can't wait to see where this story goes. i don't think i've seen another story go quite so far in the direction that harry refused to participate in the tri-wizard tournament. and dumbledore and wormtail dead already?! hee hee. that pleases me greatly! and voldy's snake turned on him. that's good!! i want more! update soon!!!

Excellent start! I love that this will be continued. The writing is different in tone and subject matter than your previous stories, but it was done so well. Really Great! I loved it. Set 'em up and knock 'em down.

One thing ... was this a mistake?

Sirius gripped Harry's shoulder supportively. "If she feels as you do, I suspect it won't matter."

Harry scowled at him. "Evan, remember?"

Harry seems to be correcting Sirius mistakenly using the wrong name, but the name 'Harry' wasn't spoken.

It is great that Lupin and Sirius found out about Dumbledore plan for Harry being tri wizard tournament, it sad that plan also mean that Snape would be worse with Harry. This prove that Dumbledore is behind how Snape treat Harry, but what is his excuse how he treat the other students that not in his house and how about Neville. It great that Harry gave Dumbledore a chance to figure a way that Harry don't have be in the tournament but he turn out not smart enough, it great how Harry put a stop to Dumbledore plans. It really sad that Harry find out how little Dumbledore care for, you have to feel bad for Hermione to watch her best friend leave. I am sure about Ginny for at this time Ginny and Harry are not the close, I wonder if Ron realize that he lost a good friend. It sad that Harry gave up his magic, but really good to know that he still has his magic. I knew that Dumbledore like to manipulate people for his pans or what he want done, I am shock that he would steal from Harry and thirty other orphans. It great that he would have to pay for his crimes, you have to feel bad for Aberforth to have pay for his brother crimes only he has nothing to do with it. What it sad that Dumbledore don't feel bad for what he done. It funny that Nagini would attack Peter and Voldemort, there no doubt that this not the end for Voldemort. The best part of the chapter when Hermione met up with Harry again and I have no doubt that she is going to have question since she seen him use magic. I look forward in reading more.

Fascinating! I'm most interested to see where this goes, its a concept that I'm quite sure I've never seen done in fanfic before. Lots of potential here--and though I wouldn't go so far as you did, I can't argue with you about certain parts of the disclaimer.
