Bleedin' brilliant - although I am disappointed that you killed off McGonagall as she was one of my favourite characters - she always reminded me of my first primary teacher! I think you said that Filius was in hiding so any chance of him making an appearance?
Of all your stories this is shaping up to be my personal favourite so I hope you will update soon

I don't know if you have ever lived in the tropics or semi-tropics, but even more evil than the mosquitos are the sand fleas, aka "no-see-ums".
Almost too tiny to see, the can really pass right through window screens, and they feel like you have been bitten by JAWS himself when one chomps down on you.
And SWARM? Oh, boy do they ever SWARM!!
I'm sure you can work these into a future installment of Wizards Fall. Be sure to get a bunch of them into Dumby's boxers. He deserves them.

Hehehehe...Norman's Cay (aka Atlantis II or would the real Avalon be part II and Norman's Cay part III?)
After reading the reviews, I'd go with the idea that Global Warming melts the ice caps initially causing extreme flooding, severe increasing in hurricanes, and a larger tropical environment. The more humid conditions promote the spread of disease causing the Bird Flu to mutate infecting humans and causing a pandemic. World governments scramble to fight the pandemic causing them to deplete world oil reserves...this starts off a world war that is quick to devolve into light infantry and cavalry attacks as no one has fuel for their machines of war...until the first nuke is launched. This triggers off Yellowstone Super Volcano when a stray ICBM misses its target in Wyoming. The resulting debris in the atmosphere causes a new Ice Age...
Harry and Hermione may have to cast that spell again. 1000 years might not be enough to return the world into an environment capable of sustaining human life.
:P
Great work!

Albus Dumbledore, Assassin. That is priceless. I also love the story where Harry's visitor badge reads Harry Potter, coup d'etat. Now if only I could remember which story that was. Thanks for writing guys!

Harry’s suggestions for how to stop the house elves genocide had me giggling. Also the entire opening scene in the Ministry. I mean, Albus Dumbledore, Assassin? Priceless! Plus, I love the discussion of who Norman is. Why do people name places randomly like that?? Never gotten that!
I can't wait to see how Luna places in--very intriguing start, at any rate.
Enjoyed the story lots!

Dumbledore deserves to die a slow and horrible death, especially for abandoning Minerva like that. Thank you for rescuing Luna, I would have been seriously displeased with you if you hadn't. Now, can we get to that idea of Goblins spanking Mages. I think it just might work.

Great job! So glad to read a bit about Luna, but can't wait for more.
However, I did notice that..."Never mess with Albus Brian Wulfric Dumbledore"...you forgot Percival. That right there should have let them know that AD was 'innocent', at least for this crime.

Great installment!!!
This series is my favorite at fanficauthors. ;)
I think I know what is going on with Luna, but I'm not sure, correct me if I'm wrong.
Piecing the clues you have given in the other installments, I think the 3 of them are soulmates.
I'm not sure, but I think Luna did something wrong way back and she lost her soulmate , but was inexplicably tied with both of them.
Cause you also say Harry and Hermione had been looking for each other almost all eternity.
Am I way off the mark??
Please post a post-avalon ;>
But before that, everyone wants to hear the conversation between Hermione and Luna when the latter asks for Harry to be the father of her children. :)

Best line in any fic anywhere any time.

Very good stuff :)
Now, who, besides Penelope, was among the remaining rescued? I hope Blaise, after that scene it would be a shame to have him dead.
Keep it up and thanks for sharing

It's hard to believe that Dumbledore has fallen so far to accept Minerva's death. Nice to see him get caught up in the horrors he's made; but it's obvious that he didn't learn anything from it.
But the Aurors remind me a bit of the workers at Nazi camps - probably nice people at home but evil at work; and with the encouragement from on high, they have grown to the point where assassination is accepted as readily as arrest.
And Percy! Power has gone to his head, and he has, it seems, managed to elimate any humanity from his makeup. Their end will be a happy occation.
Poor Luna. You're still hiding what her connection with Harry and Hermione is, aren't you?
Thanks for creating this. Looking forward to more stories in this world.

How about five hundred llamas let loose in the Ministry!

You know, instead of expanding the island, wouldn't it just be easier to raise the seabed around it and create more land that way? Turning the sand and coral into furtile soil and conjuring some grass and trees would be easier than all this rune carving, right?
It would even allow Harry to improve his harbour for the boats.
And the next time, do you think he could animate the statue of magical "friendship". I'd love to see the Goblin actually taking a whack at the witch, especially if the witch bore a striking (pardon the pun) resemblance to Percy. I always saw him as being a bit effeminite anyway. And have the Wizard on his knees giving the house-elf some "service" while the centaur uses his "telescope" to make him see stars! Oh, the images. A poor old wizard with a long white beard on his knees fellating Dobby while Firenze gives him a jolly rogering from behind!
