Great conceit! And, a more than interesting realization. What, if anything, was in the bread that Harry gave Snape ("old bean"!!)? The bond with Luna? Lots of dangling threads so please tie some of them up.

Hi,
I loved it! You invented the first post Riddle world that I have found to be interesting. I hope that you choose to continue with it.

More! More! Encore! Encore!
I'd ask some stupid question like "where do you get your ideas?" but there's really no point.
What a great beginning!

LOVED it!!!! :) (at work, can't write much more.) But damn, that was awesome. One of the best revenges I've ever read. Mondo kudos to you for that terrific story. And yes, I can see where the plot bunnies would abound with that story, and how they could continue, but it's also a great ending here, too. But wow. Just love it. :) Awesome. Thanks so much for sharing!

Wow. Just wow, this was something indeed, and a fascinating story to read, and the way that Harry concocted his vengance against the wizarding world was far more terrible than Tom's version in some way, better in others. A really great idea, too bad some of the ones that were heroic in your other stories weren't in this one, as it sems Susan and Neville were left behind, along with some of the others. Luna's revenge was incredible, and interesting, was Albus so convinced it was all for the greater good, or had he convinced himself to the point of idiocy? I do hope to see the return and what might happen after that.

Most excellent. I loved Harry's interaction with Snape and Luna's plan was brilliant. I can't wait to see further fics set in this universe.
Thanks for such reading enjoyment!

Superb. I particularly adore your use of Mad-Professor Luna.... And the pets line at the end was sweet.

A lovely story. I really think you said it all, though.

The problem will come when it becomes time to reintegrate a colony of early 21st century people into a 31st century world. Societies will have changed significantly in that time, and the people on the Cay won't know most of it.
There's also the issue of getting the people in the 31st century to accept magic, and the issue of reintegrating the magic genome into the human race, as only the people on the island will have it.
The fact that mages of the 1st Cay generation will have longer lives than anyone else (When mages tend to live longer than muggles anyway) might also cause problems.

Brilliant, Harry's final solution was so poetic. Any wizard worth saving by his estimation had already fled to his island, conversely, if the wizarding world had even left themselves on muggleborn, they may have stood a chance of figuring out how to fix the problem. A few points, though, one being, at the end of the story, you talk of Charley and his daughter heading to Hogsmeade, which you had previously stated was extremely cursed by Luna with Dementor effects, so had the curse worn off after 20 years, had they built a New Hogsmeade, or were Charley and daughter engaging in a bit of masochism? Point two, which is really more of a question, did Albus actually subscribe to the whole it's the half bloods and muggleborns fault that the rest of the wizarding world did, did he simply turn a blind eye to the whole thing while he was reaping the glory for what he didn't do, or was this some plan of his to begin with? For that matter, did Charley subscribe to this crap as well, or did he just not care as long as trouble didn't come to his door? Percy I can easily see trying to go which ever way the wind blew in attempt to gather power, Charley I'm not sure of. Regardless, a great story, it would be interesting to see what happens when Harry's crew returns to the world, though anyone that would know what he did would long be dead.

You should continue it, it as so many options.
Thanks a lot

Brilliant. I loved it.
It reminds me slightly (actually, quite alot) of Asimov's foundation series.
A crumbling society, one man with his science and power attempting to remake the world in a better way. Very striking imagery, and even if you've never read the Foundation series before, it shares alot of similar themes.
I can only hope that a continuation of this follows in a format similar to the Foundation Series. You've given yourself great scope to work with.
Congratulations again for a brilliant short story.

These are the types of Rabid Plot Bunnies I like to see expressed.
Excellent work, and definitely a keeper.

Excellent story. Im not all that big a fan of revenge stories, mainly because they all start off really great then stop because he has had a change of heart blah blah blah. I did find several typos and a couple of repeated words, but nothing other than that. Keep up the good work guys!!
