I would love to see a full novel written based on this story. It's a great short story that just begs for expansion. It seems like an appropriate ending/beginning.

This story definitely opens the way for a few spinoffs! Good job yet again. Good flow, characterization, and ideas.

Oooohhhh .... I love this storyline. I haven't seen anything like it before, and it was so well written, like all your other work is.

Please continue??!!

You know what would be a great ending line for this story here?

"This is not the end.... this is not even the beginning of the end... Rather it is the end of the beginning."

Whoa... Amazing vision of a harsh & intense future. Very extreme, both in the actions of the two groups and in the feelings those actions create. A lovely read.

Finis? Most certainly not.

I'd love to see how Harry's micro society weathers the storm of prolonged isolation without becoming that which they escaped. How they adjust to the wider world once they can begin to move about once again. Also, the ultimate society which will be created once they have fully and permanently returned to the wider world.

Plus, on a side note, it would be interesting to see how various wizards adjust to an increasingly muggle world. ie: Charlie Weasley only had one wizarding child and the rest were squibs. How does Pansy react to non-magical children? etc...

Loved this a lot. Lots of ethical delimas. More please.

Hey, love hte new story!

I've read everythign you two have written that's on the internet, and I think that Sunrise and Sunset combined are the best fanfiction anyones ever written.

I am creating and posting a story under the name "Lord Framlingham" over at fanfiction.net, entitled "The Muggleborn Uprising." I was wondering if you guys wanted to check it out, perhaps beta, or perhaps co-write.

It's going to be a ridiculously long and involved story, and I'd love some people to flip ideas around with. Let me know by reviewing it over at fanfiction.net, I really hope to hear rom you guys cause I respect and admire your entire body of work. Good luck on the new story!

Wow, this was really great. I felt so sorry for Dumbledore at the end, even though he was such a bastard.

I really enjoyed this. I can't wait for the next installment into this world!!!

That was absolutely brilliant. I loved it. An absolute ton. :D

Will there be a sequel? If there was one (I'm assuming about the re-entry of Harry and his 'Avalon' to the then-extinct wizarding world), that would be absolutely fantastic. If not?

Once again, fantastic job. I LOVED it.

This is a great shorty story. But it could be made in to a long story.
With the slow death of the current magic world.
Then eventuly the RETURN of Potter.
In a world where muggles rule or do they ?

It could easy be made in to a X-over with any SF-book of your own choise.
After all they probly going to stay inside for hundreds of years.

Nice story, I hope you continue it.

*evil cackle* oh, is it wrong how much i enjoyed this story? they all deserve everything that happens to them. that letter harry sends to the wizarding world was just absolutely brillant. so if harry is the keeper of the pretty shells, who gets all the ugly shells? *hee hee* harry gloating to snape was just great. i imagine that bread will indeed strengthen snape so that when he finally swallows the rock, he'll die an even more horrible death. *evil giggle* and that luna. *smiles fondly* i do believe that she's becoming one of my most fav characters. oh, i do hope u at least add a nice epilouge to this about what happens to the wizarding world and to the people like snape, dumbledore and all that. but even if u don't, bravo for this rabid plot bunny!

I hope you continue this. You've set it up for all sorts of possibilities, and its really well written. Keep up the good work.

Loved this story...but I tend to love any story where Dumbledore gets his in the end...if this was only a plot bunny gone rabid...i hope there are many more in the near future. I have a very bad feeling that the 7th Potter book may end up being as disappointing as the 6th one was.

Wow! This is quite a story. For Harry to have destroyed the birth of new witches and wizards was incredible. I can't imagine the rest of the wizarding world realizing that they would cease to exist in about 200 years. That Harry and his family would return in 1000 years and start a new world of magic with the right attitude. I can see how this would fuel the fires of hundreds of plot bunnies! I look forward to the future! Here's to the new Avalon! Thanks for writing. pms
