WELL, That was a very good read. It is great to see that the two of you haven't given up writing due to writer's block. BUT what a way to get rid of it.

Please don't let that block return and update your other stories and a few new ones(if they are there) soon.

Wow! This is a really good story about the minitry mandated marriage law. Any law that dictates what people should do in their personnal lives is bad. You did a really good job of making this believable. I hope this has helped you to clear your minds of all writers block. I certainly enjoyed your efforts. I am also a "Mutant" fan and when ever you are ready I will be ready to read. Thanks for writing. You both have a special place in my enjoyment of HP fan fiction. pms

I too miss Snape's snarky remarks, or that of his alter ego prior to the curtain going up on another of your great tales of Harry Potter.

How you manage to get an entire story in a one-shot is a wonder...and this WAS a wonderful Story....was that enough of a suck-up to get you to write more (eventually) on your mutant story?

Hmmmm... Its good to see you guys haven't dropped off the face of the earth! As far as the story goes, its up to your usual standards, although I would have like to have seen more politics, I love it when you guys write politics! But thats just personal preference.

Intriguing.
I've grown used to your grand gestures, and while you do have Harry the God in this one, it's almost understated. The various interactions between the reclusive Potter and his family-by-choice was brilliant and credible. The blackmail scenes were hilarious and easy to see and believe in. I would have liked a more careful look at Percy's motivation. As we all know, mind control spells are quite common. I can see how this might have been a culmination of untold events, but i still feel that it was rather hasty. A line or two to clarify the situation would have been appreciated. On the other hand I almost expected Percy to be the one after Hermione. It would have been fun and troublesome.
If i ever get a llama, or a doughnut, that I don't know what to do with, i'll send it straight to you.

Ah, so enjoyable. Cute, but realistically so. It's been a while since I've gotten an email saying "Bob and Alyx have updated.... go read their newest lame excuse of a story" (Oh, I kid! Your work is fabulous!)

Never really thought about the potential of Ginny being marked unstable...

All in all, a very appreciated new read, seeing as how my library at school suffered thousands of dollars in damage due to a busted water main... I've had a severe lack of reading material. This managed to entertain me for a whole two hours =]

[grins] It's great being roomies with another fanfic fan sometimes. That said....

I'M SO GLAD TO SEE AN UPDATE FROM YOU! I was beginning to get worried. And I'm even happier to see that you aren't thinking of abandonning the X-men fic. Was highly amused by the title of this "warm-up" piece. There's just something about the super-powered Harry who isn't about blackmailing and scaring the bejesus out of folks who won't bloody well leave him alone and allow him the right to live his own damned life however he bloody well please that makes me feel all warm and gooey and happy-tingly inside. Sort of like a fresh-baked, right-out-of-the-oven slice of devil's food cake on those serious I-Need-Chocolate-Now-Dammit! days (c). ^__^v Enjoyed the story lots--even if it was Harry-Ginny. (I'm slightly more lenient than the roomie. Slightly. Your fault, you should know. Hadn't even thought much of Harry-Hermione before you. Then again, probably shouldn't have ventured forth into HP-het on DA & Sunset/Sunrise. Oh well!)
