I've always enjoyed your stories and look forward to everything you guys write, including the plot bunnies. Your stories seem to have a larger scope of the world and details than most HP fan fiction out there i.e. Sunset/Sunrise of Britain.
I realize you are getting bored with stories in the HP universe, but have you considered writing some original material? Just curious.
Looking for to your next story.

I know the chapters are long but I really miss your writing and often wonder if you have lost intrest or have a block on the storyline.
Many people remember your fic as some of the best written and humorours and surprising story twists. You are one of my favorite authors.
I hope you continue writing!

Harry may have to fight Voldemort, but I could very easily see him destroying the Horcruxes, going back to New York, and forcing Voldemort to come to him to finish things. The British wizarding world we've see certainly doesn't seem to be worth saving. An outstanding chapter as usual, thank you.

Great work mates, keep up the great work... I say kill Voldy and disappear for good, as the british wizarding world and the people in it isn't worth saving...

Wow... Harry is REALLY upset, isn't he?
I agree quite a bit with Harry's assessment of the situation with the British Wizarding society. Why should he fight for a society that doesn't really accept him? When I read the Harry Potter books, I always felt that Harry seemed to be brainwashed into Dumbledore's cause.
There is no doubt that Voldemort is evil, but is he the greatest of evils? Voldemort is pretty clear-cut in his goals, but when you look at the British Wizarding society as a whole, you notice that the British Wizards are extremely backwards. Somehow, they have a notion that they are superior to 90% of the world's population. While mutants are also despised by the rest of the world, there is evidence to show that mutants may actually be an evolutionary path of humans, whereas it seems that the wizards squander their gifts and don't really appreciate what they have, much less the roles of all other beings on the planet.

hehe I love your Draco bashing in the Hall *g*.
No thanks for the mental Image about Malfoy and Goyle, but thanks for the laugh about Snape
in the Hall.
uAHA, good job of the Minister to alienate Harry even more than before. Poor Britain.

What a chapter way to go Jean, I wonder what Ginny, Hermione etc will do with the list. I don't know how you do it, writing such brillant stories.

Great Chapter. I'm glad to see your still working on this story.
For a while there i thought you'd stopped. It's a great story and i look forward to continuing to read it.
Keep up the good work.

*sigh*
Why the hell does Scrimgoeur think he'll stay? He has absolutely no reason to lift a finger for these ungrateful idiots.
Yeah, yeah. The saving people thing. But he's made it clear that he's fed up.
Curious on how you're going to continue.
Nice to see the US at least attempting to help him.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

Thank you for an excellent addition to this story. I'm really enjoying where you're going with this.

Wow.
Quite a chapter you've got there.
The Minister is a limp-witted poltroon, Dumbles needs some serious wisdom infusions and the Dragon is wonderful.
Yep, Harry needs to face the reality of Voldemort, but he's so not alone. I did like the scene where he gave the list to Ginny and co. I am looking forward to finding out what they do with the information. Also what will eventually happen to Snape. Should be...ummm...messy.

Man, you guys sure don't believe in short chapters, do you? =) Works out great for me.
I really enjoy this story a lot. I'm glad that you're still working away on it. Hope that court date works out okay for Alyx and she's able to get all the items on your list, as well.
Have a great October.

This chapter give me an idea for a plot bunny. Harry has handed Hermione a list of names of DE students and advised her to make sure they have fatal accidents. Perhaps before he leaves he could give an expanded list to the Quibbler and recommend the rest of the wizards go and do likewise.
There are plenty of stories where the sheep just go along with whatever the Ministry does. How about a story where the opposite happens.
An angry mob overthrows the Ministry and implements a French Revolution style Reign of Terror. All suspected Voldemort supporters and their families face execution. Complete innocents like Andromeda Tonks could get killed because of their DE relatives.
This idea would probably work better in a post-Voldemort post-Dumbledore Magical Britain.

I have never for a moment doubted your writing skills and will always consider you among top ten HP fanfic writers.
But.
The final subchapter was simply disgusting.Harry has barely survived and instead of loving care receives a crappy sermon. In fact Jean betrays him. This is not a way any loving mother acts.
Jean thinks and talks nonsense.Harry may not be a legal adult yet but would be treated as a man in any warrior or feudal society. And as a full member of the mutant club he is entitled to their protection in case of any attack.Due to Xaviers choice Voldemort now is his problem.
Forgive me but probably the greatest weakness of your stories is this blah blah talk of good side characters about their readiness to go,smash, annihilate and vivisect the evil. And no action.None whatsoever.
Anyway. This is your story. And wherever the plot goes readers will follow.

Well, it looks like the Minister has less common sense than Ron at times, and shows it here huh? I'm not seeing why Harry should stay, as Jean says he should do it for himself because Tom wants to kill him, but in the X-verse, the group is always fighting for the rights and respect others take for granted, yet Harry is just told to sit down, shut up, and do this. Rufus can label him a dark creature, have him attacked, and then nonchalantly say that we want to train Harry? That and Jean just seems to be wrapped up in some Dumbledore worship, or he can manipulate her to the point that she spills Harry's secrets, because he's a kid, while Albus seems to be willing to do any blessed thing to keep Snape out there and walking around. Here's to Harry finally leaving and giving up on both sides, since Logan right now seems to be the only one to show much compassion in his own way.

...And despite everything, all I'm left with is the vaguely disturbing visual of Leonard Nimoy swimming in lime jello. I need new retinas now.
Oh, and nice chapter, update more, generic one-liner(s) you've heard 731 times today, etc.
